We will have a final exam at June 11th(Mon), from AM 10:30 to 12:00. If you are not available, please let me know as soon as possible. On the day of final exam, you should submit your final report on TLM experiments.

Final exam will contains 'the fundamentals of semiconductor processing' those you presented and also include some important points in semiconductor technology that I mentioned in the introductory lectures. Since I am going to use your presentation materials, please send me your presentation files by email until June 1st (Fri.).
