We will have a final exam at June 12th(Wed), from PM 07:00 to 09:00. If you are not available, please let me know as soon as possible. On the day of final exam, you should submit your final report on TLM experiments.

Final exam will contains 'the fundamentals of semiconductor processing' those you presented and also include some important points in semiconductor technology that I mentioned in the introductory lectures.
